Well...goal number one has been shifted into gear! I'm going back to school full-time in May studying Advertising/Graphic design. I am so excited!! I had my interview yesterday at The Art Institute and it went quite well! This is going to be a huge endeavor for me - working full-time while going to school but I know I can do it! I'm just that good!
Unfortunatley, during my interview, tickets were being given away for President Obama's visit to AZ tomorrow! I really wish I could have gone...here's a long shot, anyone have 1 of the 400 tickets they want to give up?? I'm very anxious to know how and when this economy is going to be turned around!
And one last thing before I go...Happy Birthday Elizabeth!!!!

Settin' Some Goals!
After some thought, I decided that I should probably establish some goals. Attaining what you've been working towards offers satisfaction...aka happiness.
1.) I want to go back to school and study Design.
3.) I want all of my work projects to be a success.
4.) I want to read a book. I probably haven't done so since I was 10. Time limit - 30 days.
5.) I want to get an "A" in Art History

What's in a name?
Perhaps I should explain the name of my blog and how it ties into my blog goals. Brian is my Mr. Perfect who always makes me smile and simply stated, makes me happy! He is polite, respectful and always treats me like a lady. You know you found a keeper when you regularly hear "You are beautiful". Advice to all the men out there, if you're searching your brains for a sincere compliment on Feb 14th, this is the way to go.
So thank you Mr. Perfect for always making me feel special and appreciating the beauty that lies within and radiates out!

Happiness, my reason to blog!

My name is Lisa but some call me Tizzy. I've been inspired to start blogging!! I work full-time from home and have come to realize there are many perks and very few downsides to this. Actually, my only complaint is lack of contact with the outside world. I sometimes think I might be losing social skills without the usual day to day communication with people. That said...blogging could be the outlet I'm looking for! Despite this being my 1st time, I want my blog to provide insight! I'm a cheerful person but sometimes my surroundings can bring me down, totally normal. The economy is rough, the nightly news reports are never uplifting and depression is at an all time high! Time to shift gears! This blog will focus on my life's guilty pleasures, what provides me with positive energy and how I seek out happiness - nothing to be considered too small!! Join me on this excursion!
